Steel-plastic geogrid

Steel-plastic geogrid is a two-dimensional mesh made of high-strength tensile strips with steel wire and polyethylene as main materials.

Features:

1. High strength, small creep, adapt to various environmental soils;

2. It can effectively improve the interlocking and biting of the reinforced bearing surface, and enhance the bearing capacity and stability of the foundation.

Application:

Steel-plastic geogrid can be widely used in soft soil foundation projects such as highways, railways, dams, ports, and tall retaining wall projects.

The construction method

1, The laying surface of the geogrid should be relatively smooth, the laying layer experience received qualified, in order to prevent longitudinal skew phenomenon, according to the width of the laying layer to draw a white line or hanging line, can start laying, and then fixed the end of the grid with U-shaped nails (4 nails per meter wide, uniform distance fixed).

2, Fixed the end of the grid, with laying machine or artificial method will grid slowly forward pull shop, each shop 10 meters long artificial straightening once, until a volume of grid shop finished, and then the next volume, the same operation as before.

3, Shop: with volume length as the unit as the length of the laid section, the length of the grid should be paved in full, and then the whole check the laying quality, and then the laying of the next section.

When the next section is laid, the grid and the grid are overlapped by a net distance of the lap length, and the second section continues to be spread in the forward direction after the binding line is fixed. In this way, the operation requirements are the same as before.
